Check-out Procedure

Check-out is 11 AM. Please announce your departure at reception with your room key(s).

Late Check-out

If you would like to request a late check-out, please consult the Front Desk members one day before if this option is available. A late check-out cannot be guaranteed.

A late check-out at The Jazmyn until 2PM comes at an additional cost of $125 and until 5PM at $250.

Credit Card

Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Vorautorisierung Ihrer Kreditkarte, einschließlich der Kaution in Höhe von $250 USD, zwei Tage nach dem Check-out abläuft. Wenn Sie auschecken, ohne die Rezeption aufzusuchen, wird die hinterlegte Kreditkarte mit dem ausstehenden Betrag belastet.

Reise gepäck

You are welcome to store your luggage for free at the reception (no overnight storage). If you will be needing assistance with your luggage at check-out, please let us know in advance so we can make sure one of our colleagues is available.
